The serene atmosphere of La Guardia makes it the ideal location for journeying inward, or simply taking a moment to care for yourself.

Hatha yoga lessons with Anna Barosi are twice a week from June to September. Practice is open to all levels, even to those who never practiced yoga before:

As we have limited availability, we recommend to book your sessions as soon as you confirm your stay at La Guardia.

You can also join a yoga retreat, to combine a beach holiday with a couple of yoga sessions every day and/or some extra activity, such as trekking around the island.

 

These are our next retreats:

· August 30th – September 5 2021  –  Yoga Holiday on Giglio Island with Francesca Bove

Annual Yoga holidays  with Francesca are about discovery adventure fun and community. This happens on the yoga mat and in the surroundings. Openness for transformation is required! This retreat is in English.

 

· 23th/26th September  –  Active Holiday with Sara Scafidi.

Sara organizes a yoga class every day, followed by another “active” experience on the island (trekking, kayak) during the day. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the beach.

 

· 1st-3rd October  –  Yoga & Trekking with Francesca Di Pietro

Francesca combines a couple of yoga lessons (morning and sunset) with discovery of the island (trekking).

Balance your body and calm your mind with our healing treatments.

Zen Shiatsu
A Japanese technique, Zen Shiatsu it is a manual treatment with delicate pressures on specific energetic channels. It is aimed at improving inner balance and general well being, establishing a positive energetic flow between body and mind. The practice is given in our open air wellness area, on a large futon. The receiver is dressed in comfortable clothes.

Ayurvedic Massage
It is a manual treatment inspired by the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, which also combines different healing techniques. The session focuses on a deep relaxation and a long lasting feeling of well being. The practice is given in the privacy of your room, on a treatment table, and involves the usage of essential oils.
